What has your website done for you today?

MorganAlley is a website design and applications studio situated near Central London. We craft lovely websites for our customers, we make them easy to manage them but most importantly we make them useful - they do things for you and make your life easier.

Our goals are that every website we create is designed from the start to be attractive to viewers, search engines and those who require proper accessibility to use the sites easily. It's not an easy task but we have a lot of experience doing this.

All our sites are designed from the start to be accessible to people with disabilities that may hinder their ability to use websites. We don't believe websites that meet accessibility standards have to be ugly; in fact there's no reason they should be.

We also build in methods of making our sites attractive to search engines. We don't use dodgy tricks. or waste time building useless links to try and improve search engine rank. We know websites can be aesthetically attractive, express trustworthiness and work well technically and still get good search rank.

We build all our sites so that their owners can manage the site themselves and don't need a degree in technology to do so. If you can send an email, you can create a new page because we build in our content management system as part of the deal.

Creating useful websites

We specialise in taking existing websites that are not much more than a pretty picture with a phone number, and giving them functionality such as adding blogs, image management, resource booking and calendaring, or book and payment facilities to make the website do work for you.

Creating great search engine performance

We spend a lot of time on the craftsmanship needed to do websites correctly, "the old school way" if you will. We spend a lot of effort in making it easy for Google to get meaningful content from a site, making sure specific, important bits of content the site is about are co-ordinated for search engine presentation. We make sure the content-to-code ratios are good and we build sites from the beginning to incorporate the best accessibility principles for disabled access, which also have the lovely effect of making your site attractive to search engines...

Doing unusual, and out of the ordinary things with websites

The good old days of websites with 5 pages and a logo are gone. Every website has unique requirements because they're the online receptionist for your business. Like a receptionist they can make a great impression or ruin your chances. We look carefully at your unique message and craft a site to present that in the best way possible.
